I’m playing halo ce with my wife on split screen and it doesn’t give her medals. On the scoring it puts our scores together which that might be how it was meant to be I’m not sure. On the par time it gave her the achievement but I didn’t get it and I’m first player so why all these problems with split screen? I hope this can be fixed because halo is what made me switch from being a Playstation fan boy to xbox and it kills me that I’m having so many problems and I’ve only had the game since Christmas. So 343 please if you can fix these issues and thank you!

I had all the same issues. All the achievements will unlock for second player, even though in the game no indication of any progress will be made visible to you.
As far as the par time achievement not unlocking for you, check in the achievements app to see if if it says “Done, Unlocking…” If it says that, then you are good. It will unlock eventually (I’ve had it take up to a month).
Don’t expect any reply from 343. I haven’t seen a single response to a post since I’ve been actively using this site.
CpyNinjaKakashi, I’m in the same exact position you are. My wife and I play co-op, locally on the same machine and in the carnage report after you complete a mission, it groups all of our medals together and shows the same kind and amount whether you view under my stats or hers, yet I’m the only one getting achievements awarded for medal count and it still shows 0 medals earned for her. Dandroid126 is wrong, I’m sorry to say. Some achievements do unlock for player 2, but not all of them. It is definitely a bug, it definitely needs fixing, but since it is campaign and not multiplayer, given 343i record, I don’t know if they will ever get around to fixing it.
It’s funny, you said you switched over from playstation to get this game. I bought an XboxOne just for this game and with all the issues that we’ve had with it, I’m seriously considering switching over to playstation. The XboxOne itself is buggy and unreliable.
No it doesn’t say done and unlocking. It shows 0%
I’ve had problems with it too. I was playing H2A Legendary with my brother, achievements were not popping up. So, we just quit bc we try to get the achievements.
