I just started playing halo reach since i’m tired of halo 4 but why do you people pick this map in BTB? It’s lame and boring. Most slow mo map i’ve ever played in an FPS…really blows my mind why people chose this map. Gotta be some kind of special to like this map.
Hey if u know where all the power weapons spawn like the 2 rocket launchers and the 2 snipes on the map it can be alot of fun. or just get in a banshee thats also another way to rack up mad kiils on that map. the most kills ive gotten on that map in 1 game is 75 so yeah its a stupid map but u can still dominate on it.
I’ve actually never played it. Whenever it comes up in voting the load errors. But that was because my Reach disk is messed up.

I remember I couldn’t figure out how to get off the top of the spire without committing suicide (as stupid as it seems). Then I somehow made the connection between the gravity lifts and being able to survive the fall…
Though I can’t image grunts and elites jumping off the spire that way 
Admittedly, it is a huge map, and the roads are pretty narrow for wraiths… it turns vehicles into death traps.
I will take spire over boneyard any day. That map is decent in size yet the back of the map never sees combat. Heavies on cragmire is good times.
It’s a weird one. Intresting, but weird. 
I like the tower, gravlifts and all (going up one with rockets, assasinating snipers, sniping with their weapon you just stole, getting assassinated as well, priceless!), but it doesn’t really seem to work for vehicle combat, in my mind. I like Asphalt/DeltaFacility/Hemorrage better I guess.
Spire is my favourite map after Rasu (which is user created anyway)
Uhm why? I guess for a start its mahusive size, love that part, yet you’ve still got cover. And the map is designed as to make people naturally want to control the tower, so even though its really large you always know where the enemy are. That and if you have the option of the close combat meelee f*ckfest of up the spire, or the slower paced, more strategic battle on the outskirts of the map of those who are seeking to find power weapons/vehicles to influence the spire battle, and those who prey on those people.
That and FALCON I LOVE THE FALCON
I like it with Heavy Weapons game types, otherwise it seems to mostly be about who controls the Banshee.

I do love Spire. For all the reasons stated above. I do wish I could play on a different map whenever I play BTB. Whenever I see a new forged map in the voting lobby, I go straight for it. You know to give it a try. But other players (Specifically try hards, and little kids) always go after Boneyard, Spire, or Hemorrhage. Even after we’ve already played on the map 2-3 times in a row. I wish Bungie discouraged the usage of maps in Reach more effectively, or if it were possible for 343i to make an update to do so rather than taking out certain maps. It would be even better seeing more Forged maps. It would be a good time to do so, since players are getting sick of H4 and are coming back to Reach and that we have a 20k+ player count again. But like I’ve said before in a lot of other posts, 343i doesn’t care about Reach despite the feedback on H4 from true Halo players like myself.
I’d rather play Spire than Hemorrhage. I quit whenever that garbage map appears.

I actually like Spire a lot.
BTB
I like BTB on spire but the falcon is pretty tough to bring down. But the sniper helps bring down the other vehicles.
BTB Heavies
I love Heavies for one reason: SPARTAN LASER
Nobody ever goes for me and I get huge sprees just lasering the nest dumb person to jump in a falcon (once i got an overkill–WHAT??)
Invasion
I like invasion as a playlist. I also like invasion spire because the spire makes transporting the core much more different than boneyard, etc.

You and your friends would definitely be added to my “Do not Play With” players list on XBL.
If you want to screw up your friends scores, fine - but doing it to others in a competitive game is just being a d*ck head. If you want to act that way, go play some custom game with your friends instead of wasting other peoples game time.

I have not seen very many people vote for it in BTB, but I’d assume people vote for so because of the Falcon.
Spire is indeed my favorite map for Invasion, however.

You can’t load the map only on Multiplayer, or in Custom Games as well?

The only map I got a “Perfection” medal in.
