I’ve encountered this issue twice in two days. I first spent 5000 REQ points and then 10000 REQ points and received no pack for either. I figured that the system must be processing the purchase, however, I still have not received the packs. Surely I can’t be the only one who has found themselves in this situation. It’s just stinks because you grind for those REQ points and finally spend them only to receive a message telling you there are no packs to open.

This can happen sometimes but worry not, you did actually still get your pack contents. Whenever this happens, Halo 5 will eventually ‘catch up’ and simply add the pack contents to your REQ collection without any notification. Most times, players don’t notice this because they don’t remember what there REQ collection was like before.
