I checked my bank account and the money was taken out. I didn’t receive my REQ Packs that I paid for. I’ve logged out of the game, turned off the console, restarted everything and I still don’t have my REQ Packs. I’ve tweeted 343 Industries and Microsoft and they haven’t replied or contacted me back… Is there anybody that can help me? That is a lot of money to spend on something that I didn’t get. I have proof of the purchase as well… Can somebody help or point me in the right direction?

I don’t know if you just tweeted the official 343 account, but I would also try tweeting individual employees like Josh Holmes, Bravo, or Frankie and maybe they could help you.

I would try to contact Xbox Live support maybe. If that doesn’t offer any assurance, try another option from Microsoft or 343. I know there’s a fix to this. Have you dashboard and quit the game? I’m not sure if that will do anything, but it helps to display my REQs when they won’t show up. Keep at it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope your son has a nice birthday.

On Topic you should write a letter to 343i. Or if you want revenge go on Amazon and write a really negative review about how you spend money on REQ packs and you don’t get what you paid for.

To be fair, he posted that before the OP mentioned it was about his son’s birthday and it’s safe to assume that most people just buy REQ packs for themselves.
Some one here once claimed if you contact Xbox live support and say you didn’t receive content you paid for they give you a refund… But good luck with that. Usually hard resets fixes any req pack glitches.
Yeah I just checked, contact Xbox Live support. They should be able to assist you.
You have to go directly to xbox support billing to get any help, thats the only place I have had any luck with refunds.
Go to Microsoft support, make sure you show how dire it is. You lost nearly 50$ so you need that money back. Your first mistake though was buying req packs.
