So I’ve just bought a Gold Req Pack with real money, 2,99€, but when it was charging something happened and I’ve not recieved anything, but the money was spent because I see the mail of the buy info. I go to my “Open Packs” but there isnt any pack. What could I do to recuperate the pack or the money?
Try quitting your halo 5 game or take out the disc and put it back in. It should work if not try to hard reset it by holding the on/off button for 6 seconds.
