SPENT 19.99 ON THE gold packs and I have not recieved them. Money was already withdrew from my bank account. Need a refund or the packs!! Gamertag is Zz iii pP , go check for urself. I’m going to bed soon but I expect them to be there when I wake up 2moro or this is my first and last purchase from you guys. OH AND BTW I have the collectors edition of the game, and so far I have only recieved half of the 14 I’m suppose to get!! And that’s from the day the game came out. I didn’t purchase them separately. Do you have to log on every week to get the 2 packs before u get another 2 or do they stack on top of each other weekly!. If they stack that’s a problem cuz I definitly haven’t got them all. honestly I don’t think I even got the promotional REQ pack that I was suppose to get either. That is attached to the game when I click manage game as well as the preorder bonus REQ pack but I never remember receiving or open any of them. Like I said I have only recieved 6 of the 14 packs from the war zone REQ bundle, don’t think I recieved any of the promo ones and the newest issue is I haven’t recieved my gold packs that I just spent 19.99$ on. So if you could fix this 343 I would appreciate it beacuse this is getting out of hand and I’m really getting frustrated.

Try a hard reset of your Xbox. No one has ever purchased packs and not received them.
