Speed running achievement question

So this is more of a question but I didnt know where to ask it. Do the achievement that say complete the campain on legendary in under three hours have to be achieved in one go? I was wondering if it took your best scores from each and if it was under three hours total it counted or if it had to be in one sitting

I imagine it takes the best time from each and adds it all up at the end. I assume that if you beat the par-time for every level, then you should get the 3 hour speed running achievement too.

I hope it takes the best. But that almost doesn’t make sense. They added the achievement later on after the par time score achievements were already in place. So why make the new achievement if you basically already have it
