Tonight, I received an email from Xbox Live, saying I earned a free code. It did not say anything else and told me to redeem it. I went to the redeem page on Xbox.com and clicked redeem. I had just entered a code for the Specilization Priority Alpha…sadly, I bought the Limited Edition version and already had access to 8 Specilizations…now I only have access to two. I have no idea how to correct this. I called Xbox Live and they told me to uninstal Halo 4…except, even though I did install the game, no “installed Xbox 360 game” file is present under my Halo 4 file, so I can’t uninstall… PLEASE HELP!!!
Same thing happened to me. Though I did install the game before and tried uninstalling it. It didn’t change anything. I will be stuck at level 80 if I play much more. Hope they fix this.
the Code they sent you was to unlock the Specializations <mark>LIKE WHAT THE LIMITED EDITION DOES</mark> there was no need for you to use that code. you should have given it to a friend.
anyway i think 343 should fix this just so no more people get this error
Well, my solution is to go on your Xbox dashboard, go all the way to the farthest right tab for your settings, click on Profile, then go to download history, and redownload the specializations thing. Try that and see if it changes anything.
