I was wondering if anyone knew of any game modes or techniques that can help make ranking up go a little quicker. I know that any variation of warzone usually gives me the best bang for my buck in terms of exp, so should I just stick to that? I’m only rank 104, so i haven’t felt the grind that comes with the 120’s or 140’s, but I want to prepare myself for when that day finally comes.
Or you could just play the game for fun.

Only 104? Seems like quite an achievement to me. I’m level 109 and taking forever to get to 110.

Well I don’t know about the OP, but Warzone is fun for me. So that’s killing 2 birds with one stone.
Anywho, unless 343i changed things, Warzone Assault with Boosts (and/or if your lucky a good team) will get you the most XP per unit of time. Just gotta watch out as some times you will get players who will attempt to farm you at some point.
Get your daily win packs and daily login pack. Use all of your boosts, play lots of warzone, warzone assault and firefight. Try to get commendation packs and Spartan company commendation packs. Sell stuff you don’t need to get more gold packs.
The legendary gambit AI kills gives a ton of XP, so you definitely want more gold packs rather than silver to increase your chances of getting more of them. If you use the AI kills boost you can get over 20,000 XP in one game.
Quick wins in warzone with boosts. After level 148 you should have built a req collection to not worry about more reqs, and you should focus on silver pack for xp boosts. Or just focus on silvers if you don’t care for legendary/ur reqs.
*note that at the time of this post silvers poo out xp jackpots while golds have been nerfed and give out rp boosts instead of legendary xp boosts
I don’t even pay attention to our levels. Outside of a number it means little to me.
I’m just consumed by FF at the moment. Trying to work the best strats to win all the different wave types and where they occur.
I always found that Warzone Assault gave the best rewards when I factored in average game length, but to be honest now that there’s Firefight I’m not sure anymore
Not really sure, I’ve been going for the permanent unlocks so I’ve been selling everything to speed up the process minus RP boosts.
Play the game and enjoy it. The ranking system is just there as a side objective for having fun on the game. However if you really want to rank up quickly. Play games in Arena that are going to be short (SWAT) and use XP boosts every single match even if they are common ones. Also play Warzone Assault as they can be very short games but give a lot of XP and RP and also use XP boosts every game there.
There are only a few people at the rank of 152, but they all used the same method. They bought a ton, and I mean a ton of req packs to give them warzone XP boosts. Now obviously not everyone can buy nearly as many as they did, but warzone with boosts is still a good idea.
