So, I just hit 50 (Woo for me)and I went to pick my specialization. I selected Rogue and I hit A and went through the motions and now I’m back to 49 with the specializations locked. What gives? Anyone else had this problem?

I hit the credit cap earlier in the day, stopped playing for a while, got back on after midnight, did a couple of missions of spartan ops, hit 50,got my stance, emblem AND background (I still have the emblem and background but not the stance), unlocked Rogue, and then got bumped down to 49, no stance, credit locked and specializations locked, and (as I mentioned before) I kept the emblem and background.
I saw someone encounter this on the forums a few days ago, Ill try and find the thread, but i would say it would be so far back in the back log 
You hit the cap, all credits earned after are null and void. I think it resets at midnight or two am. You may continue to rank up while youre still online, but when you get back on xbl, it kicks you back down to the rank that you capped at.

Well the thing is, I WAS online. Because I played Spartan Ops and leveled up and THEN all that happened
You have Limited edition, maybe a glitch with those specializations not available to others? I’m gonna hit 50 tomorrow and I have LE as well. I hope this isn’t the case as I’m thinking of trying one of those.
