I had the code and unlocked Engineer, but now I can’t unlock another specialization at SR80. I bought the game on release (Nov 6th) and am over 18. Where are my specializations?

Microsoft, or 343i, are failing to give a straight forward answer on this issue. You will only find a run around of excuses as to why you have not received them. In the end being told the problem is your fault. I wish you the best of luck and hope you don’t get too frustrated.
I’m having the same problem, I’m SR90 and I got the priority code aplpha and my specializations have gone.
I hope 343 do something about this.
Hi there I’m currently stuck sr70 and have been for a couple of weeks. I bought the LTD ED Halo4 and with it came the code to give me the extra 6 specializations, the code originaly worked and the specializations were available in the menu…but then all of a sudden vanished???
So now I’m stuck with WetWork and Opperator…
I’m super cranky about it and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels ripped off, at the end off the day people r selling their codes on ebay…R 343 fixing this or do we cop it sweet??

to get the other specialisations you have to have the code or limited edition.
if you have these then delete all your halo 4 software from your hard drive.
then reinstall everything and it should be fine again.
I CAN NOW VIEW THE OTHER SPECIALISATIONS!!! YAY
That sounds a lot like trolling. Rather than deleting everything from memory, I tried using different places to save my game upon starting Halo 4. It doesn’t matter whether I’m on the memory unit or the hard drive. Since either location would have different save data, it would have to be in one if it were present on my profile. It isn’t. I’m fairly certain that it is not attached to my XBL account. The proper solution is a new code. If any 343 admin/person who can give me a code wants to see proof, I can verify that I have Engineer (not available without code) yet nothing else is showing as available. If it helps, I’d even be willing to upload a video of me signing in to XBL, showing my driver’s license (age verification), my purchase receipt, and go over my Spartan profile. Give me my specializations!
