Specializations should be on disc

Am I the only one that finds this ridiculous? If I pay 60 dollars for a game, I should get the full game. And If I’m reading this correctly, people who haven’t played online before the 20th simply won’t be able to unlock all specializations? Is that true, or are they just going to have to wait until the next batch of unlock codes go out?

I’m sorry but for a game that has always been praised for balance, and giving the competitive community the tools they need to make solid gametypes, this is ridiculous. Certain players having game changing perks that others don’t have access, IS NOT BALANCED. Not having everything unlocked for custom games, IS A SLAP IN THE FACE to the custom games and competitive community.

Why is this being done through codes to begin with? Shouldn’t this just be patched into the game?

Now don’t get me wrong, I love the game. I have ZERO problems with aesthetic bonus content. However outside of free to play games with in game purchases, this is unacceptable.

Yea, it should have been patched in, or since it is a Microsoft marketplace item, should at least be put in the marketplace under Halo 4 downloads, I think it would’ve been easier to do that rather sending each individual a code on their behalf.

no, everybody will get it regardless 343i said they will release all specilizations when the community has gotten some million or so kills.

You get them, you just have to wait. You clearly weren’t reading correctly. Google is a pretty cool tool though.

I believe everything is on-disc, the only thing you’re downloading is some kind of access code to have it show in-game.

I don’t know about you, but with the sheer volume of threads that give the overall tone of complaining, I wouldn’t mind NOT reading every thread.

This doesn’t excuse anything. 343 said everything would be unlocked in custom games.
