Also one more thing on my mind if you wouldn’t mind answering? Wearing a armor skin can you change any of the permutations an still have the design or do you have to wear the full outfit?

The Mod associated to the specialization is going to be either a tactical package or a support package(depending on the specialization). You do not need to wear the armor relateed to it. Ex: You can wear the Mark VI armor with the Gunner support package.
The armor skin is attached to the corresponding armor piece. You do not need to wear the full armor to have it shown. However, the armor skin is only available to that armor.
Ex: You can wear the WEB skin on the CIO chest, and have the Mark VI helmet equipped.
