I participated, and like many others didn’t receive an email.
My friend received a message on XBL today giving him a code an apologizing for the wait. I log on to see if I did too. I did not.
I decide to call Xbox today seeing as its been a few days after the promotion thinking hopefully they won’t be jammed with calls about the same problem.
Surprisingly, there was no wait. I was connected to a rep who then spent the next 20mins trying to help me updated my contact info after the first thing I told her was I have updated it all because of the promotion. After we discovered all my info was already how I wanted it to be she then informs me that the promotion is over…well no duh. looks like im going to have to wait another month.
