Hey, I pre-ordered this game and got it, someone told me I was supposed to get an email with different specializations. Never got it. Hoping someone could look into this.

definitely dont listen to anything the admin here tell you…everyone that was suppose to get the specializations haven’t but yet you arent allowed to post the official thread anymore. its absolutely ridiculous to play a series for a decade and not be treated better than what some of us have been treated during this specialization fiasco. pre ordered…achievements dating back to the 6th of nov…31 years of age living in the United States. what does live have to say??? “all email and messages have been sent…” the rest of the quote should be '…that our lazy -Yoinks!- wanted to send"
Haven’t received mine either so I haven’t played in a week or so. This whole ordeal is just frustrating.

Not all countries participated in the 14 Day ‘Buy and Play’ program, some countries received Specialisation access via pre-order codes.

United States-Indiana, Pre-ordered the game and picked up the extra map packs at Gamestop when I bought it.

I posted about not receiving a Specialization code with much more information and no one even replied to it.
Seems to me 343i is avoiding the issue because they’re worthless.
dont you have to wait a week or so to get the codes?
I’m hoping they are just waiting until they get the free map pack thing sorted out.

Money does come before customer satisfaction. That’s the new business model and 343 wasted no time screwing over its customers.
All I can say is that you ought to contact Xbox Live support since the email message was sent from Xbox Live. I have been wondering how so many people have been misreading Xbox Live Team as 343i.

I have been looking into this for the last few hours. i called xbox and they gave me the adress for the official thread. HERE IS THE OFFICIAL WORD STRAIGHT FROM XBOX CUSTOMER SUPPORT! they were emailed yesterday from 343 industries saying “all people who were eligible for the specializations for halo 4 have recieved their emails, no more codes will be re sent or investigated” so all of us who were good fans and pre ordered, stood in the cold for over an hour for some of us, and have been loyal fans of halo are now screwed out of one of our pre order incentives because 343 doesnt want to deal with us. only somewhat good news for people is if you are stuck at level 70 you should only need to wait till early next week to get all the pre order specializations. that is when they are supposedly supposed to be released to the public, but who knows 343 has screwed us before.
Hmmm…that…sucks.
