When I hit SR50 I picked a specialization but there were some that weren’t available. I think I had 4 to choose from. When do the others become available? My friend said I should have an email with a code to unlock the others but I didn’t see an email with that information.

It seems like you didn’t qualify for the specializations code. They unlock two every weekend and four have been unlocked so far.
At the moment 4/6 are available. Next week the last two will be released. You needed to play before the 20th of November to receive the spec code email.
Two more will be released next Monday, and the last two the Monday after.
