you have to be SR 50 to use them. the “early access” just means you’re able to use all of them immediately once you get to SR 50.

You can choose to enroll in a specialization after you reach SR-50. Then, after every 10 levels (60, 70, ect) you can choose to enroll in another specialization.
Individual specializations are unavailable until you enroll in said specialization.
