Here is my dilemma. I preordered the Limited Edition from Best Buy because Gamestop told me that they weren’t selling it anymore. However, I later found out that the Best Buy wasn’t having a midnight release. I already had Novemeber 6th off and my friends were all going to play that game at midnight. So my plan was to buy the standard edition at Gamestop and return it the next day and get the Limited Edition at Best Buy. That plan fell through because I figured that the Specializations were going to come out for the SE anyways. I have reached 70 today and I would really like it if I could get that email for the other Specializations. I don’t understand how a new studio given one of the more successful games can sit here and put in all of these pitfalls that are detering core gamers from playing the game. Daily XP caps and Specializations limits are only affect us players who are dedicated to the game. Also, the is a lack of MM types that have been popular since Halo 2 like Doubles and Multi Team which is making everything starting to get old. I can’t see how they expect this method to be successful given the fact that their biggest competitor in CoD came out a week later. My friends and I are starting to get bored and have already considered getting Blops2.
Please 343, give us more information of when to expect our email/message. I have been checking my email since the 20th and have no sign of it nor have I heard or read of anybody receiving theirs. Seems like a new studio hoping to continue one of the most popular games today should be doing more to appease the core gamers.
