If you bought the Limited Edition, head to the following URL:
https://live.xbox.com/en-GB/Download/History
Redownload ‘Infinity Actual Kit’ then restart your console, once you’ve received notification that it has downloaded, launch Halo 4 and your Specializations should be back.
