It appears that my LE specializations have disappeared. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else or how they may return.
Any help is appreciated.

Mine disappeared yesterday, but a few hours ago they popped back up. Just wait until tomorrow and if they are still not there, just redownload from your download history and see what that does for you.
Same thing happened to me and it could not have occurred at a worse time (I had just leveled up to SR50).
Oh well – it made the decision between Wetworks and Rogue much easier.
I had to redown load my stuff to " fix" it. But I called Microsoft about it and apparently it’s something to do with their servers and it keeps “forgetting” that you have it. So just try restarting your game if not redown load and see if that helps
