The codes have been distributed. If you have not received one yet via XBL you will have to wait until they are unlocked for everyone else. At this time that date is currently TBD.
Dude, i had the exact same issue. They still had not sent me my code until TODAY, via xbox live message. Prior to this, a random, very kind guy sent me his extra code. This is the one i used, and then i finally got my legitimate one today. Since this man gave such an act of kindness, i will carry it on. I will be sending the code to your gamertag soon. Unfortunately, they never sent me mine either, and still haven’t as of 5 minutes ago (and yes, I live in the US, am over 18, and have been playing since launch day). X-Box customer service says this message board is the only place I can get it, this message board says “…close topic”, and I guess that means they’ve decided I’m not worthy of advancing past Level 70 once I get there. I honestly wouldn’t mind if I got an official response explaining it, or some kind of announcement as to when they’ll be available for everyone…if it’s in a month, fine, I’ll probably just be hitting 70 then if I slow down a little…if it’s in 4 or 5 months, I’m not sure I’d have a reason to keep playing.
I understand that “stuff happens”, but the seeming lack of interest in fixing the situation or even just openly saying “Hey, we screwed up but can’t do anything about it right now, we’re sorry but they’ll be open to everyone in a month (or whatever)” is the part that really bothers me.
I never got a code either, despite having played the day it came out, buying the map pack as soon as possible, and fitting every other criteria.
Are they really forcing everyone who was skipped over to just wait and hope they will actually get what was offered/promised? That’s not exactly the type of customer support I expect from a company and its (subsidiaries) that I have loyally supported since day 1.
I’ve been playing this game pretty religously since release. Still haven’t gotten my code. All of my friends are well into the 100s and I’m stuck playing games with no XP. I have no idea why I didn’t get it, but I feel you. It really sucks.
I have yet to receive any kind of specialization codes and I have been stuck on level 70 now not able to level up… I bought and played this game the day it was released. If someone who is able to send out codes yet please send to the following… I have checked email, spam mail, etc and it was never sent.

To be honest this is a joke for how many people havent received their codes and nothing has been done for most that I talked to.
These problems are just being reflected in the sad dwindling population of halo players that remain playing such a broken game with no support. I too never got an email or xbox live message for my 8 year old xbox account BloodyR0ADKILL. Went out in the cold, day 1, to grab a game I looked forward to playing. Now that I’m being treated like crap and left out to fork over more money to unlock so call extra classes so I can progress like everyone else in the online community. In my opinion I must be crazy paying for such a broken online system and lack of official support from these shady developers that just drop support and run once they have your 60 or 80 or 150 bucks in hands. God forbid you have to spend more to unlock pieces of a game you already paid for.
