After Redeeming the code how many Specializations should you have? And should they all be locked?

You should see more than the original 3 counting “Spartan IV” (brain fart and cannot remember how many there are).
I redeemed mine, but I do not have he specializations. Anyone know what’s up with that?
You should have 8, and, assuming you’re under SR50, they should be locked. If you’re above SR50, you should have one specialization unlocked/completed for every 10 ranks above SR50 you are!
Should we see all of the locked specializations prior to 50? Because I only see 2 locked, when I should see all (having redeemed the code).
Just noticed other threads with folks missing theirs after having entered the code AND received the new specializations… something is amiss!
