SpecializationCode for XboxLiveFamily member?

I meet all the requirements for getting the codes, but haven’t received any codes. I am under a family plan and have no received a code yet. My friend who owns the family plan has received a got for himself, and i am on his family plan and i haven’t. Why is this? Will i be getting my codes at all?

its most likely your account, i got my code and im in a family plan. and i own the plan. my friend is in the plan with me got it right when i got it.

You should receive the code as I have gotten two codes one for myself and one for my son. I didn’t need mine but didn’t know what the code was for until after I redeemed it. Wish I didn’t though as would have given it away to someone who needed it. Anyways, just make sure to double check all your e-mails and your spam mail. Hope you get it.
