But it seems that most of the specializations for Halo 4 have only one attribute to contribute to your Spartan. While Wetwork has three separate attributes. ( I do believe Pathfinder has two: Mounted weapons are less prone to overheating and run faster when carrying said mounted weapon)
I think this may lead 80% of the people to chose Wetwork over the other ones which only have one “Perk.”
Sidebar: I don’t like how the names don’t match up to the attributes of the Specialization. Why is the Tracker SP the one that can change their ordinance contents? Shouldn’t he be the one that “Tracks” where the ordinance will drop?
I very drawn to the armor skin and attribute of Wetwork w/ Rogue being my second favorite SP (for now). I’m very interested in seeing the utility of those SPs in action. November 6th will be here before we know it. Although it can’t arrive fast enough.
Actually I think Wetwork will be one of the lesser used support upgrades. Keep in mind that specializations will take the spot of either a support upgrade or a tactical support. More bonuses for a specialization will not exactly mean that it will be the most used. Quality over quantity. All it merely does is:
make footsteps quieter (ruined by headsets)
you appear as an outline instead of a red blob when someone is using PV
You assinations are faster
Not exactly much use here. Except for the people who like to be really sneaky.

You might want to double check that. I think all of your animations become faster while using the ‘Stealth’ mod. This includes things like reloading, switching weapons and melee. This seems like a huge advantage to me, but its not gamebreaking you still gotta land your shots.

> That with the pistols
No, with everything. Secondaries have faster animations by default (for everyone), but they will become even faster when using the Stealth mod.

> I’ve read it only speeds up assasinations. Not reloads, melee, switching, etc…
> This sentence could be taken differently “animations are performed faster (to minimize the time you’re vulnerable)” but from reading both IGN and the Bulletin I believe it only speeds the assassination animation.
If they meant assassinations would be performed quicker (not all animations) why wouldn’t it say that? Instead of “animations are performed faster (to minimize the time you’re vulnerable)”, it should say “assassinations are performed faster (to minimize the time you’re vulnerable).”
The line above this one does say “executing enemy assassinations with lightning fast dexterity.” I personally am hoping that all animations are sped up when using this mod.

I agree that if it sped up all animations I’d run Wetworks most of the time. But looking at what IGN states: “Furthermore, the assassination animation will happen faster for you, leaving you vulnerable for a shorter duration of time.”. They make no mention of any other animations being quicker. I think 343i were just trying to build atmosphere with how they describe their Specializations which led to them saying “animations are performed faster (to minimize the time you’re vulnerable)” which could be misread. That’s just my belief but I won’t be surprised if I see it including all animations.
