To whom it may concern,
Until today I haven’t received my Specialization Priority Alpha Pass for Halo 4. As a loyal consumer, I demand a solution. As player, I leave my explicit repudiation to what is happening. I am being harmed.
The 343i created the worst way to communicate with the public, with the Halo fans, the cold and indiferente communication by email. This upgrade should have been done by the Xbox live, the largest network for content aggregation. Why the hell the Xbox Live was not used?
And please do not ask me to read the Xbox Support Thread, because I already know by heart, I’ve memorized all content.
Please, resolve this crappy situation once for all.
