Specialization not working code is valid

So I found my code buried in old emails, when I redeemed it the code was valid and let me download the priority alpha. However when I go to play the game none of the specializations show up. I am lvl70 so I know that isn’t the issue. I’ve called XBOX support and they walked me through all the steps they had for me (clearing cache and then downloading again after a restart) and still didn’t get it to work. So the last thing they gave me to do was post here and hope for some help. The only thing I haven’t tried yet is deleting all the halo 4 files off the HDD and starting completely fresh…which I’d rather avoid. I know the download worked as its in my download history and if I remove the unlocks file it comes back after re-downloading priority alpha.

If you bought the LE, well done. This is the SEVENTH time I’ve had to explain a fix. :confused: Pay attention next time.

  1. Delete the infinity kit and the specs alpha from your HDD.

  2. Only redownload the infinity kit.

It’s really not that hard to read documentation.
