I have been playing Halo 4 since it came out and I am an SR70. I have been stuck at this level for almost 2 weeks and can not gain XP! I already contacted Xbox LIVE and they forwarded me here. I am a US resident over the age of 18 with active email accounts which is why I am surprised that I still haven’t received this email with codes for new Specializations. What makes this even more agitating is there isn’t any way to directly contact the site admins or moderators or any contact for 343 Industries, why is that? All I’m asking is to send me my email so I can continue playing the game. I’ve been completing challenges for nothing because I’m not getting any XP and all the double XP games I still have left from DEwXP are being wasted. I have already checked my spam folder and as I said no email. This is as of 12/06/2012. Any help resolving this is greatly appreciated.
