This can take hours to days.

In other words, XBL has no idea and 343i neither. Your XBL account’s email will get the message sooner or later. There is actually nothing you can do but wait, like the other 1m+ people with a 1m+ emails to deliver.

The codes can take up till sometime during Dec 1st to get, don’t get it by tomorrow go to xbox support

Hey thanks for the prompt reply! I was just unsure of what was going on…I just know i’m about to be a 50 and I really don’t wanna do wetwork…kinda wanna do operator cuz I like the banshee =) Thanks again for shedding light…so my question is, will i guaranteed get the codes sooner or later? i don’t want it be a scenario where I’m waiting and waiting and waiting…and I don’t receive and inquire to what is going on and I’m SOL of a code. You know what i mean?

i didnt get mine either so from what i gather its stuck in the system?

I haven’y gotten mine either!! This is really getting on my nerves as i have been at level 70 for a week and a half. Been waiting up all night for the email and its the first thing i did when i woke up.
Still no email:/
