Same, I can reinlist again but i dont want to go into operator and get the codes 5 minutes later so id like to to get the code really soon

The code will be sent to your e-mail address associated with your gamertag between now & the 30th. We all have to wait, so just load up on some double XP & complete your 2nd Specialization class or quit playing until you receive your code.

does anyone know what email address they plan on sending the code to? is it our windows live ID, or the email address in contact preferences of the xbox live website?

It will be the email address associated with your gamertag…so whatever your email is that you set up your xbox LIVE account with is the one it will be sent to
