I can’t imagine I’m the only person without my code who qualifies. How many people still don’t have theirs and what’s the latest 343i isn’t doing to fix it? Am I missing a step or something. Oh, I was told to do this.

Thanks for those replies, but I never received an email (like I said, my email account is current and the one associated with my gamertag) nor did I get a message over xbox live. So no, not all have been sent out to all that qualified (by at least one anyway). There should be a way to message 343i in regards to not having have received a code yet to have it re-sent. But I think there would be too many people logistically to resend messages to. That’s why 343i is just ignoring the problem all together.
I checked all that already (the xbox support guy sent me there). That basically is telling me that they sent them all out already, and if I didn’t get mine I’m screwed. Obviously there’s a number of people that didn’t get their code due to some error and there should be a way for those people to get their code resent. They said they sent reminder codes to people who hadn’t used theirs yet? They sent me cousin three notifications even though he had already redeemed it after the first message. Seems an imperfect method was used to send these codes out and there needs to be some sort of fix.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but like my previous post said they have sent out all of the codes and will not be sending out any more regardless of your situation. You and hundreds of people who qualified for it will have to wait until they are released which will be soon.

Wow, well if that’s their official word on that, that’s pretty lame. Maybe my time with Halo 4 should be over because that’s pretty shoddy customer service. I’ve been on live since day one (literally) and this is not good customer service. I hate to say it, but I can’t see something like this happening with Bungie. 343i just needs to release them all that seems to be the easiest fix to what seems like a pretty common problem.

They needed to release them December 4th when who knows how many qualified people didn’t receive theirs. Waiting a month or more to essentially fix an error isn’t ok. I’m well aware they’ll be released eventually (that would be ridiculous not to right?) but it needs to be now to make up for screwing many, many people over.
