I was directed from Xbox Live support to here for the addressing of this issue. As of yesterday, I began looking through my inbox for the Specialization Code that was to have been sent out a couple weeks ago. After no success in finding it, I saw several saying to check the spam box, for it could have been diverted there. The problem is that my spam box holds nothing more than 2 weeks old… So I have a feeling that whatever email was sent ended up in the spam box and is long gone by now. Is there any way to have the Code resent?
I’m sure it is true that all codes were sent, though they were probably sent to the wrong place. And since -Yoink!- doesn’t care to send it again, your done. You might get somewhere if you continually pester them on the phone over and over. But posting here in the forums seems to get nothing done.
