I maxed out at level 70 and played before November 20th but do not recall seeing or getting a code to keep advancing. Is there anybody i can talk to to get this code?
You’re not alone brother. I think we are a bit out of luck until either a moderator sees your message and can help, or the specializations are opened to everyone, which will happen in 2013 (probably January)
Until then we are kind of screwed with any XP or commendations not counting towards promotion. Hang in there though, eventually we will gain the other specializations and be able to do all those fancy new things everyone else does.
While it may feel you are behind the curb, in all honesty you are still above the curve as far as XP and ability unlocks go. I think community average right now is 45.

It is extremely frustrating that 343 Industries doesn’t have a number or email address to help with such problems. I did everything required receive the code but somehow didnt or missed over it.
Yeah, you are right. Its not the missing email that is frustrating, but the fact that there is no where to complain to about it. The mods and other users will direct this to a thread started about the specialization codes, but that thread has been locked, with the same answers posted ad noseum like if they keep saying it then it must be true.
While I understand this is low priority and many of the community managers are most likely still on holiday break, it is frustrating to not have our complaints acknowledged. I guess all I can do for you is say: “Ditto” and “I feel you, bro.”
As for me, I got a bit -Yoinked!- over as far as the Halo 4 specializations go. I didn’t have internet for 8 weeks, my Live ran out and I started playing on Xbox Live on the 17th! I have played for a total of a week as of yesterday and I am already a 65! This sucks and all of the guys who have gotten Halo 4 for Christmas are gonna be just as -Yoinked!-! I don’t get why they wouldn’t have thought about this happening and had a plan for it! I mean a lot of people get the new games for Christmas so it is only logic that there would be a problem if you release the specializations prior to the 25th of December! This is just ridiculous! In addition, I am unable to write my GT and such (fill out the form) so that they would even consider giving me the specializations! This is just -Yoink-,

My problem is that I have used my code and have five spec under my belt but now I’m stuck it will not let me move on to the next one even tho the code was to unlock 6 but not even getting xp points or anything else has made me stop playing even in the challange cause why play for free when everyone else is gettin xp but i’m not.
