Like many Halo 4 players, I received the specialization codes for the other six classes on December 4th. I wrote down the code, but, like an idiot, I deleted the notification due to me accidentally pressing the A button. I tried to redeem my code, nonetheless, but it said that the code was invalid. I re-typed it and the same issue popped up. I am pretty sure that I wrote the code down correctly, but I want to cover all of the possibilities, so I am requesting a resend of the e-mail, so I could make sure that I don’t make the same mistake.

Post the following details in the above quote and state that you accidentally deleted the e-mail containing your Specialization code, and if anything can be done, they’ll try and help you out.
