Specialization Code email NOT Received

I bought and played Halo 4 within the specified time and I still have not received the email with the free code to unlock all Specialization. I also have not received a message via Xbox Live.

I am eligible in all conditions and waited as I was told, but I still have not received anything.

Can someone from 343 Industries reply to me and tell me whether my issue will be dealt with?

I’VE ALREADY READ THE POST WITH THE CODE DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION AND IT’S NOT USEFUL AT ALL FOR MY ISSUE. (HENCE WHY I’M WRITING THIS POST)

I bought the game and played on time and I still haven’t received what I was promised.
