Whats the deal with the “Tactical” and “Support” titles they have on their loadouts?
At first it made sense, the idea that you would have some upgrades for tactical boosts, and some that will support you in combat.
Yet it really seems they just threw all the armor mods into the random categories without even thinking of what they do. They just drew from a hat and put them all in random order.
How is Fast Track tactical? And how is Dexterity and Stability support upgrades? They should break them down into groups. One group that increases your Spartans abilities in combat (Dexterity, Stability, Mobility), and one that improves his gear, ordinance, and such (Ammo, Resupply, etc.).
Has anyone else noticed this? I would really like to see some reasons.

Maybe I am being too picky.
To be honest, Halo did inspire me to join the US Navy. And after being out, I take pride in actually knowing what “Tactical” and “Support” is supposed to mean in the military world.
I think it’s less about which category they make sense under and more about balancing the perks so there are certain combinations you can and can’t have. At first I thought you could choose any perk for either category. Unfortunately it seems I won’t get to use stability and dexterity together.
