I know this has been brought up many times before, but i am still having trouble with my specializations. No i am not a level 50 yet so i cant use them anyway, but as most people who preorder the limited edition know, we recieved 8 extra sepecializations and as with most people, i put in the code, had them for a week and then they were gone, then almost everybody, preorder or not, got the priority alpha code, which gave us a new code to get the specializations, but for me they just dissapered again, turning my console off and on doesnt help and deleting the multiplayer from my hard-drive and re-installing it doesnt work either, any other suggestions? Please 343, work on fixing this.

Some users are affected by a bug, where redeeming both the codes for the Infinity Actual Kit (preorder bonuses) and Specialization Priority Alpha will prevent them from accessing Specializations.
This fix has worked for some users. Deleting both codes, and then re-downloading the preorder one from your Purchase History may also work.
