This seems to happen whenever there’s an update to the game, but I loaded up Halo 4 and started downloading Spartan Ops, but when I went to cheeck my Specialisations, my options had disappeared.
I had Priority Alpha from the Limited Edition copy of the game, but my specialisations keep disappearing and this time it’s happened again with the new matchmaking update…
Why does this keep happening and what am I supposed to do?

If you applied both the Infinity Actual Kit (limited edition) and the Specialization Priority Alpha (Nov. 20 promotion) codes, then you are at risk of a glitch that prevents your Specializations from loading properly.
Several users have reported that this workaround fixes the problem for them.
EDIT: This section works. The “Halo Waypoint” section would’ve also worked – it’s a general support area for anything Halo- or Waypoint-related, and posting there will help you avoid the risk of your thread being buried under game-oriented discussion.
