This Special Emblem can be found on each section of armors, not each armor, but each section, helmets, shoulders, arms, chests, and legs.

Its also not seemingly described in any halo wiki that i can find.
to me, it appears to be some sort of air force logo, with most air vehicles being named after swords.
This logo can be found on the pioneer helmet, and the scout chest, for examples.
