Are we (players) who have been veterans of the game or recognized players with certain game completion, achievements, ranks getting any sort of recognition in Halo 4?
Well Halo: Reach had the special armour for having a certain Career Rank on Halo Waypoint which required the playing of older Halo games, so I expect there to be something similar to that, yes.

Just because you’ve played all of the Halo games doesn’t mean you are going to be exceptionally good. Or bad.

Exactly.
And players who played Halo 2 received the special name plate. So my questions is meant a long those lines.
Well I have all the achievements and my milestone is 75 on Waypoint, and been playing since day one of Halo CE. It would be nice to some recognition for Halo 4 but I wouldn’t be upset if we didn’t get anything though.
Maybe an Exclusive armor set.
Part of me thinks they’d do it again in H4 because of Waypoint milestone armor, but the other part of me thinks not since this is a new trilogy and not a Bungie game.

This is so wrong on so many levels.
Why do I say this?
A person who has never played a Halo game can pick it up and be a very skilled player due to this thing called “natural talent”.
