I recently bought a special edition xbox and started playing Halo 4 without thinking about missing anything. While playing with a buddy, we came across a player with a special horn helmet. We thought it was cool, so we wanted to know how to get it. After searching, we found out it was supposed to be included in a special packet with the xbox. I looked through all of my stuff, but couldn’t find anything. I called xbox support and he confirmed I was supposed to have this extra package, that probably contained the codes I was missing. He said to post on this forum and I would be contacted. Please help me get my missing packet…

Yea, Ive heard gamestop employees “Claim” preorder codes, online passes [like BF3/Dead Space/ME3] not to mention the actual net worth of a FOTUS code
I would try calling xbox support.
They should be able to supply you with a new code if yours was missing.
