Special Control Scheme for Grizzly

Obviously this is only under the assumption that 343i chooses to create a heavy tank (campaign or special MM modes) but I believe the analog sticks can be utilized for something new now that moving forward is basically second nature to most players. I’ll make this quick.

Grizzly: Main Cannon; Turret; Canister (optional)

‘A’ button toggles movement on and off.

Left Analog moves Turret
Left Trigger fires Turret

Right Analog moves main cannon (main cannon guides the direction the tank moves towards)
Right Trigger fires main cannon

‘X’ button is canister

‘B’ button is for reverse

I don’t see a use for the ‘Y’ button.

IMO this would be an easy to learn hard to master for the tank. I have reasons as to why this is more beneficial beyond just player control schemes but I will save that for another time.

You really love the grizzly don’t you?

I think it’s pretty cool. What they should do is make BTB even better, and allow for convoys of grizzlies to go into battle. They should bump btb to at least 25 vs 25.

I do… along with pretty much every vehicle introduced in Halo Wars. I honestly feel if vehicles move slow enough or if you are given enough time to react you will realize that having a dedicated analog stick just for moving is kind of redundant in regards to vehicles. Even the fastest vehicle, the banshee, can be piloted without much use of the left analog stick.
