Why does everyone above the rank of General use the Spec Ops elite model? I noticed that it’s really rare and it feels like spotting the bigfoot to see a Field Marshall+ using Minor, Ranger, General, Ultra, Zealot or Field Marshall elite armor. Is the Spec Ops armor the elites equivalent to the Sniper shoulder piece/robo arm combo?

I use Zealot because they’re considered the stealthy elite bad -Yoinks!- of the covenant.
I use Zealot as well since I love the rank. I see more Spec Ops and General armor more than others too.
