I got my spec code on tuesday.
It worked for my 3rd specialization, and I have completed my rogue spec (about 20 mins ago).
However, I cannot unlock my next spec now… i am now locked at level 80?
anyone have any suggestions?

I’d try re-downloading it if the other specializations aren’t there.
