Hey 343,

Just wanted to say I loved the game! Now only if you treated your fans decently! How come you can’t just send me a code that I am rightfully owed? And instead of locking all of our threads why don’t you do what you promised? This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and you’re -Yoink!- off a lot of your core fans. Just do the right thing and resend codes to those who deserve them.
