I am still missing my specialization code.
My gamertag is Pook and Pie
I’m a US citizen/resident
I played the game from launch up through to the 20th of November
I’m 25 years old
I never received a code in the email accounted attached to my Xbox Live ID, nor did I ever receive a message. I haven’t deleted any messages from my email in years, because, well, I hardly ever get that many messages, so I never deleted it, and I checked my spam folder too.
This is getting annoying, now. I posted 5 times in that last thread and nothing was still sent out. Worse yet, people at Xbox Live support can’t even seem to help me out either (when they ask me to log in so they can get my info they instead see nothing. No one at Xbox support can even see my gamertag for some reason).
I’d just like a code. I bought the game at launch, I bought the map pass, I’d just like the code so I can move onto another specialization. That’s all I ask, and something that should have been relatively painless has taken well over a week and there still seems to be absolutely no resolution in sight. Pretty please, help me out?
I know I probably won’t get a response from anyone at 343/etc., but please, if someone in a position to do anything sees this, try something. Contact me via any means, I’ll be more than happy to answer. I’ve met all of the criteria, and would just like the opportunity to move on to another specialization as I was told I would be able to do.
