Spawn killing is a legitimate tactic in SWAT. If you don’t like to be spawn killed, break/prevent the other team from setting up. Most likely if you get hardcore spawn killed anyhow you’re playing against people who like the competitive scene, and should say “whaddafuxup playa?” xD
However, I was playing (Squad Slayer, i think) yesterday on Zealot. Was running with no sheilds/redbar health.

It sucks, but I don’t argue with people who know the spawn points. They knew 'em, I didn’t, therefore they should win.

You can learn them easily. Two minutes in Forge is a lesson, then it’s just experience telling you where they’re gonna spawn.
Spawn killing would be fine if the spawns weren’t so -Yoinked!- up.
