Wow. Did it happen more than once?

Nope we were never able to replicate it. We did encounter a bug on the mission Sniper Alley, or at least one of the many missions that feature that map, in which the last 1-3 Jackals were invisible/glitched/out of bounds so that we had to restart the map.
