spawn grenade throw glitch

Any map anytime on Halo CE, throw a grenade right when you get killed and you will then spawn throwing a grenade. This is most frustrating on small maps since it usually blows yourself or your teammates to frak.

This is a MAJOR GLITCH. Why has this been allowed to remain for so long???

Wow if someone killed me on spawn and its my teammate I would be so upset.
