If you have a headset that doesn’t detect sound behind you. Tryinf using an AUX cable, if possible. Fixed it for me.

How does this work for console players that have to plug headsets into our controllers?

yep, all sound from behind and only with infinite’s multiplayer all my other games work fine, i had to turn vibration on to know when im getting shot in the back and its still disorientating,

Yeah there’s a 3.5mm on all controllers for headsets. Alternatively you can use wireless headsets.
The problem is the audio engine in this game, amongst other things is totally -Yoink!- and not fit for purpose. 343i should actually be ashamed and embarrassed at the product they have delivered.
