Introducing Myself and My Series Background (feel free to skip):
Hello fellow Halo fans! My name is Nick Deperto, I have been a fan of the series since I played the first game in 2003 and read the first three books in 2004. I created my stop motion series entitles “Spartans Versus Beanies” starting in 2004. Back then I used a 4MP camera to film AND record voices (haha, I know), Microsoft paint for “special effects”, and windows movie maker for editing. The series was done in 2006 originally and had 30 episodes using this terrible technology and techniques. Four years later (2009), we made a 6th season (episodes 31-37) with current (at the time) effects, editing, and equipment.
Now, over 10 years later, me and my friends have went through and re-filmed ALL 36 episodes with a 20MP HD Nikon camera with stop-motion functions, we are using after effects and premiere pro for editing, and we bought a studio-quality microphone for recording voices. We have received acclaim from Bungie themselves for the first 5 episodes of the show (as we were featured on their website for it) and other places around the web. We have a small (about 3000 people) but very loyal fanbase that has stuck with us through the years, and youtube has added us as an “official” youtube show! Which is great. We are currently up to 15 episodes, I am working on re-editing the other 22 episodes in my spare time. It is just tough with being married, working full time, being a huge gamer, having a social life, going to school for my masters, etc.

-Keep in mind the ending to the first 5 episodes is supposed to be completely ridiculous and repetitive, because after the first 5 episodes is when it became a series, before that we were just sort of messing around and made 5 videos.
-The quality does improve over the episodes, so stick with it if you are on the fence with the first few.
-There are a LOT of parodies in the show, so if you like when shows make fun of other movies/shows, reference pop culture, etc, then you will enjoy this show.

-We are in the process of writing a 7th season of the show, but first we want to get the original episodes remastered and complete again.
-The series is best viewed on a computer due to lame youtube copyright restrictions (that are NOT a violation of laws, just youtube policies) that prevent playback of some episodes on mobile devices. Youtube will tell you that WE disabled mobile playback, but that is most definitely a lie, they disable it with certain copyright usages (when we use a song in the credits for the episode or something of that nature).
I am currently trying to get 343 to share the series on halo channel (or something of that nature) in order to get some more exposure before I continue to work on the series,so if you guys could help spread the word (if you enjoy it) my fans, my crew that plays voices and helps to film, and I would VASTLY appreciate it!!
